Nearly every marker is brand new or used once or twice.(most are new). I love these, but right now need get rid of the stash of crafts I don't use. Paypal only please, I prefer personal tab so there are no fees involved, however, if you prefer not to use the personal tab, I just ask that you pay the fees prior to sending payment.
